Boston Court: The defendant was charged with operation while under the influence of alcohol.  The defendant had a breathalyzer reading of .15. Attorney Chan got the prosecution to agree to place the defendant on probation in lieu of jail time.

May 25, 2011

Boston Court: The defendant was charged with larceny over $250.  Attorney Chan got the prosecutor to reduce the charge to larceny under $250 and got probation for the misdemeanor verses the felony.

Westborough Court: Attorney Chan represented a truck driver at a speeding ticket hearing in front of a clerk.  After Attorney Chan’s arguments the driver was found not responsible.

May 20, 2011

Worcester Court: The defendant was charged with failure to register as a sex offender.  Attorney Chan was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the case.

May 17, 2011

Boston Court: The defendant was placed on probation for assault and battery.  The probation department charged the defendant with being in violation of probation.  Attorney Chan was able to get probation to withdraw the violation.

May 10, 2011

Worcester Court: The defendant was charged with uninsured motor vehicle and registration suspended.  Attorney Chan was able to convince the court to dismiss the charges on court costs.

May 9, 2011

Worcester Court: The defendant was charged with assault and battery at a store.  Attorney Chan was able to get the assault and battery charge dismissed short of trial.

May 5, 2011

Worcester Court: The defendant was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, license suspended, and registration suspended.  Attorney Chan was able to reduce the charges to use without authority and place the defendant on probation.  All other charges were dismissed.

May 3, 2011

Boston Court: Attorney Chan represented one of the co-defendants in an assault and battery case. The charges was a result of a fight in a Boston club.  Attorney Chan was able to get the case dismissed.
